I spent a day going to many different people: supervisor, co-worker, HR, etc. and talking with them about whatever they particularly wanted. The supervisor thought it was a big minus that my university, Penn, didn't have everyone take software engineering as a required course.

It was easy. They asked me very basic questions like what is a stack. Before that, there was a phone screen which they just asked me to tell me about myself, etc.
