very short. 20 minute phone call. only STAR based questions, They were mainly asking me questions about my own resume. The call did have 7 people in it, however, which was initially intimidating.

The entire interview was behavioral. I was asked about projects and experience on my resume, and how they matched up with the role I was applying for. I interviewed twice for two different system engineering intern roles and they were the same.

What courses have you taken in regards to systems?
One round behavioral, goes over resume and asks common behavioral questions. Use star method and u will pass it. Heard back within two days with an offer. Lockheed intern interviews are slays behavioral only.
