Spoke to a recruiter and then it was followed up with by the hiring manager. The whole process was easy, but ended up taking 2-3 months. Holiday timeframe may have made it take longer than it needed to

Straightforward, focus on STAR method, tie that back to your resume. They use Full Spectrum Leadership principles that LM has set, so look into that as well. Make sure to have good examples that show both technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.

Well organized and thoughtful interview. I prepared using the provided interview guide but should have spent more time preparing answers for how my former experience aligned with the job posting. Managers were not overly friendly, however, I could tell the team was not the correct fit for my personality.
