Phone interview with chief architect, flew to site to sit down face to face with chief architect and program manager. Answered a battery of questions related to the job description. Neither were particularly knowledgeable of the technology. Asked a few personal type questions, "where do you see yourself in 3-5 years" etc. Fairly basic interview process.
