I applied for Lockheed Martin's HR summer internship online through their website. The overall process took about 3 months from applying to receiving an offer. I only had one interview over the phone with a hiring manager and a person in Human Resources.

Tell me about a time where you had to present data to your boss.
I submitted my application in October, interviewed at the end of November, and received an offer letter in early December. Overall, the interview process was smooth, direct, and very straightforward.

Entrevista
Straightforward, they asks a few questions on who you are and why them. Make sure to have relevant projects you can talk about. Mainly behavioral, the only “technical” thing to know is juts your experience with software like excel or tableau or whatever’s is relevant.
