Applied through a referral link on 7/19, recruiter emailed me 7/23 for prescreen questions & stated that my info would be forwarded to the hiring manager on 7/24. Informed me on 8/10 that I would be moving forward with the interview, called on 8/19 to invite me to a “hiring event” with all travel expenses billed back to the company on 8/29. Interview was a mixture of typical behavioral questions & resume background. Was told that I would hear something within two weeks...received a rejection email 9/3. Really enjoyed learning about the company & the tour that was given while on site. Prepare to respond to interview questions in the STAR format.
