Pretty streamlined. I was screened over the phone by the recruiter and after that interview was arranged with a panel of experts. The interview was tough as there were in-depth questions not limited to technology, experience, industry awareness; however what I do to keep me current; my aptitude and attitude. I could not answer few questions and the interviewers were very friendly to help me to understand the questions and guide me.
