Interview process combined of 2 rounds. First round was meeting with hiring manager and team. Interview lasted 1 hour and was very conversational. Second round was meeting with the VP and lasted 30 minutes. I was offered the job but when I asked questions to clarify few things on the offer and ask for a different base salary, LCL retracted the job offer. It was very unprofessional of such a reputed company to retract a job offer. I would advise anyone to not interview and waste your time with Loblaw in their head office. They may retract the offer at the very last moment because candidate tried negotiating the salary and asked a few questions.
