After the recruiter screen had a one on one with the hiring manager. Then moved on to a one on one with potential supervisor a few days later. Very laid back and informal. Thought everything went great, but I was ghosted. No correspondence after the final interview. I would rate it a positive experience if they would have at least let me know they were moving on.
