Submitted application, received a phone call a few days later to set up a phone interview. Had the phone interview the next day with a HR rep who had no personality. Very abrupt way of talking, and only asked basic questions. She stated that I would receive an email with an personality test to take. Waited 2 days and never received the email. I called the recruiter on the same phone number she called me, she answered the phone with " who is this?". Rude. I said who I was, then she apologized for not sending the email, and said she would send it asap. Surprise! I never got the email. Not a company I would want to work for. Get your act together.
