The first interview was strange. We were not told that it was going to be a group interview until we showed up. After a brief tour of the facility, all of us candidates were given a strange group discussion project in wish we brainstormed ways to fix a theoretical office. Then we needed to fill out a 200 question personality test. Only after this would they consider a second interview. The second one was done on zoom and followed a normal interview process. I had to keep following up for two weeks between the first and second interview. After the second interview, they ghosted me. Did not return my calls not emails.
