Face to face interview with the RBM Group Trade test, going out meet and greeting to bring customers back then analysing the counter and spotting any mistake followed by completing a sales sheet then Store approval.

Entrevista
They asked three of the interview participants to attend a GD round where they ask questions about you and what you know about the brand. Later there was a store walk and all three of us were asked to go in on shop floor to call upon customer to the counter to make them buy the products. Although I brought in many customers than the other two of my interview participants I wasn't selected. So I'm not sure on what basis they take up people

What do you know about the brand and their famous hot cloth cleanser?
Great interview process, took around an hour and a half to do the face to face interview then the shop floor exercise. Gives you an insight into what you’ll be doing so you know what to expect.
