The hiring team is clearly illegally discriminating. I spent a lot of energy building a very successful model using their data supplied. The response was negative even though there was nothing wrong with it. I was not given any explanation on how the model fell short even though I had been told before that there would still be another interview and the data project was just to get familiar. I believe they give this requirement simply to get free programming work done out of potential highly qualified interview candidates They need to be punished by the government agencies for their illegal hiring practices as they are discriminating on the protected factors for hiring.
