OMG, really unprofessional. They took my interview for 2 months in the Covid crises. They took my certificates ( all that you can think off), took 4 level of written assessment & 4 personal interview. I filled my onboarding details and I was told that I qualified all the assessment. After 2 months, I followed them as they were not giving offer and I got an email from HR that they have decided not to move forward. I mean WTF? I tried to ask for reason and no one replied or picked up calls. They treat indians as slaves I guess... I emailed Navneet (CEO) and he said we are not perfect..! This shows how pathetic culture they have. I also had another offer in hand that's why I could take this nonsence and move on.. for someone who is needy this organization is not suitable for long term.. That's what I can say from the overall experience...
