Their recruitment is a sham. They do not have a tolerant or multicultural management. This is not a company that has any ethical standards. Do not even apply if you value yourself. Do not waste your valuable time. And do check out their website. The pictures of their team will give you an idea who would be recruited and who would not.

It was just MCQ exam test and another essay writing test, which has 2 days deadline and you need to complete it within those 2 days and submit in order for the selection process to begin
Simple test only. No prior interviews as far as I remember. Just examination and trying to answer one order in the system, which you can choose based on topic, price, or length of order.
