Interview process was conducted over the phone and then in Washington DC. The DC experience consisted of roll playing and multiple interviews with staff. It was very competitive as many individuals applied for the same position.

Very quick and easy. Phone call with 1-2 recruiters, face to face or phone call with your direct manager and final phone interview with regional manager.

Was contacted by a recruiter, had 3 phone interviews and was invited to the "super session" interview hitch consists of 2 face to face interview in the morning. If you make it thru the morning session, they will invite you to stay for the afternoon session. Typically, staying thru the afternoon mans you've pretty much got the job.
