The process made no sense. They asked for me to do a free project for them over the winter holidays. And then basically ghosted me once I submitted it. I tried multiple times to contact them to no avail. And then a month later finally received an email from a program telling me that they were "reassessing their needs" and the position would "maybe come back in Q2"
