I applied online, a week later I received a phone call to set up an in-person interview, had an interview with the GM and another manager, and was offered a job on the spot.

The interview was pointless since the interviewer’s action and words aren’t match.
His act was not welcoming/warm greetings before start a interview compare his word say looking for good personal relationship with people.
Also, he question about my work history, that’s show he never bother to looking at it. I was hope he talk about my experience or what bring to the company. Nothing there.
The rest of interview went awkward and make me not want work for this person.
That’s it.

Entrevista
They were responsive right away, which is always a good sign! There were multiple interviews with several managers before getting the job. Different types of questions and scenarios asked, they really try to get to know you which is a nice feeling.
