The final interview didn't feel collaborative and more like a way to get ideas from the interviewee to solve problems they were unable to solve themselves, which felt off-putting throughout the interview.

So sorry you had a bad experience interviewing with us. We closed the process for that role in October 22 and since then we have worked very hard at making our recruitment process extremely efficient and smooth.
