I applied online on a Saturday and received a call back on Monday. The phone interview was very laid back but exciting. I will havs an interview later this week. I hope and pray i get the job.

A little lengthy because you must meet with VP. However I think that says a lot about a company who wants their customer service reps to meet with the Vice President before a hiring decision is made.

Entrevista
I was called to set up a phone screening interview. I was called on time and asked a few questions to establish rapport and to set a time for a face to face interview. That portion of the interview process went well. I was introduced to a few of the team members and a few members from the leadership team.
I was called a second time from the Director of Customer Care who asked about my goals with the company. The recruiter called to inform me that I was hired and to give me the details regarding the training class I would attend and what I would need for my first day of training.
