Applied directly and was contacted the same day. First call w/ the recruiter went well enough, advanced to a call with the hiring manager and then an onsite. The original onsite was moved up by a week in order to accommodate the manager. Onsite interview process was well coordinated and there wasnt anything overly difficult. The process up until post-onsite was positive. As I was leaving I was told I would be told the outcome by the end of the week. Didn't hear back until the following week where I received a cryptic email from the recruiter that she would get back to me asap with the outcome. Exactly two weeks later she emailed letting me know that I wasnt selected (no kidding). Seems like a good company and I was interested in the role but stringing things along for 6 weeks from start to finish with poor communication has certainly jaded my view of the process and to some degree, the company.
