This was an absurdly long interview process (6+ weeks) for a role candidates stand a very small chance of actually being hired for. My recruiter was slow to schedule the unending number of calls and as other reviewers have pointed out, Liveramp seems to like to interview tons of people for very few opportunities. I was referred by an employee who told me they had interviewed 30 candidates for this one role. My advice: consider the number of hoops you will have to jump through and your slim chances before speaking to 10 people and spending 8+ hours on a presentation for nothing.

A total waste of time. So Many reschedules and lack of follow up. I had to constantly be on top of HR (that should have been my red flag). You interview with way too many people. At one point I spent almost an entire day doing interviews and a presentation just to get a big fat No. Including HR I was interviewed by 11 people. Was a complete waste of time and doing a presentation. I will never look to interview with this company because of the constant chasing people down for follow-ups, too many reschedules and the lack of diversity.

I went through a phone screen with the business recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager. Afterwards a final block of video interviews were scheduled and I was asked to give a presentation on a topic they provided.

There were questions about describing challenges from past roles, situational questions, requests to describe yourself, and many other typical ones . A lot of preparation was needed as the questions varied and were asked my many of the interviewers.
