Initially had a coding round in codility, passed that round and got scheduled an interview. The guy called on time and asked bfs/dfs related question. Cleared that round and final round was scheduled with some technical head. After two days got an email from HR saying the head was no longer available and asked for new schedule. Emailed them a new schedule but didn't hear back for a few days. I tried following up again and again but they didnt reply for a long time. Finally, they scheduled an interview with some other guy. It was supposed to be a one hour interview, but he asked some basic behavior and project related questions and got done with the interview in about half an hour. Overall I had the feeling that they were very uninterested in the process and ended up wasting a lot of time. The recruiter was poor in following up with the requests and the final interview felt more like a formality. It felt as if they had decided to reject me even before the final interview. Overall it was a bad experience. I can agree with the other negative views about this company and infer that the management is poor and the hiring process is in shambles.
