It was short lasted for 10 minutes. and they did not revert back about the results of the interview which was disappointing. i wish they could interview candidates for long and the candidates should be given an opportunity to speak

It should have been explained on the phone and in the corresponding email that the first interview is a brief and informal chat. We apologise if this was not communicated and you were expecting something more in-depth and competency based.
We do tell candidates that they will only be contacted if they are successful as unfortunately we are unable to get back to all interviewees.

I arrived to their lobby to see 30 other people waiting, so they just called in everyone they could. Everyone was in for max of 5 minutes...I had mine with Tom. He was nice but the whole job is door to door SALES so not a real learning experience for marketing/advertising unfortunately.

Entrevista
Sat down with the manager for about 20min maximum. It wasn't stressful, and I was surprised we managed to cover so many topics in such a short amount of time.
Everything was structured, but the conversation we had was fluid and human. I had time to talk about my strengths and how I envisioned my future.
This led to an assessment day, were I learned the company structure and different departments, and how I would fit in.

At Live Innovations we are very much about getting to know the person rather than judging based on a CV. We operate an extensive recruitment process and the first interview is more informal, allowing us to put a face to an application and get to know more about people's personality and their goals for the future.
