      Entrevista

      Screening call with a recruiter (5 minutes max. They talk about your experiences and just your CV really) 1:1 interview with the Managing Director (Small talk about your past experience and hobbies and why you left your previous role) Full day assessment day (Observation day - meet the team, you get to spend the whole day in one of their retail events) If you pass the assessment day, you get to sit down with the MD for a final round interview

      Entrevista

      There were 3 parts to the interview process: First one was a "screening interview" and it lasts about 10-15 minutes. All it is is an informal chat with the Manager. Because the lobby was so busy it's just a way I think to filter out candidates cause the 2nd part of the interview was a full day assessment day and they only invite a few candidates back. The assessment day involved going to their events with the team and you being assessed whether or not you're the right candidate for the role. If you pass the assessment day, it's a final round interview again with the Manager.

      Entrevista

      You're invited in for an interview, where they talk about the company and the position, they shortlist you and if you're chosen you get invited to an assessment day where they ask you to complete tasks - create a business plan, guess steps to success and a conversation, 6 strengths & 6 weaknesses, difference between direct & indirect marketing. If you're successful with this, you complete a questionnaire that includes everything you need to have learnt throughout the day. The person who assessed you throughout the day will then decide if they should give a recommendation of you in the final interview and that is when the final decision is made.
