I sent through my resume and the contacted me about an interview. I had two interviews which both interwers said they went great but it's been 2 weeks now and I haven't heard back from them. Not even a decline email.

You just send your CV, get a quick response and have a short chat on Skype to over details. After two demo lessons you can start teaching as soon as you want.
