I sent in an application online via Snagajob.com, and a few weeks later they called me to set up an interview. I went into the store and the manager was polite and courteous. We went back to the manager's office and he began to ask questions about why I wanted to work there and how much previous work experience I had. after answering all these questions, he asked what I would do if certain situations were to come up at work such as a co-worker disagreement. After I had answered all of his questions, he told me that he would call me within the next couple days to let me know if i would get the job or not.

If you had a manager give you a list of things to do on top of your regular work for the day, and you were too busy all day to do any of it, what would you do?
Easy going and very casual. As long as you are prepared for general interview questions you should be good to go. Basically, typical fast food protocols and processes. Good luck to all in further interviews

The process was very smooth only lasted about 25 minutes and i was offered a job within the next few days of the interview which was surprising to say the least.
Was very thorough and asked questions when they asked questions answers were generally expected to be given. If not that then it was talking with the person that was doing the interviewing while being interviewed.
