Absolute Chaos -The peak of dysfunction. Interviewed 3 rounds for the Lito team, got a 2am email rejection. Recruiter was confused that she didn't get any feedback. I accidentally applied again, and spoke with a NEW recruiter. I gave him my ID number and told him I want feedback from prior cycle, and would be happy to be considered for a different team. No Feedback given, went into anther random coding interview. The interviewers didn't even know anything about the team I'd be working on. I used it as an opportunity to practice leetcode, otherwise I feel totally disrespected and it's a waste of tme.

The process was extremely easy, but unbelievably disorganized. They told me they intended to make me an offer, but when I followed up I got a very delayed reply from the recruiter that they had moved the role to a different location. Bad experience, would not want to work there in the future.
