The interview process was a bit chaotic especially once I got to the final round. The head of the dept. re scheduled once, blew off the second, and at the third attempt was late. To add insult to injury, then made quite a few questionable comments such as why it’s harder for women in this industry (this was a female executive) and some horrible comment about my last name that isn’t worth repeating. . A complete waste of time and quite frankly I should have reported it. Their pay range was unreasonably low.
