The interview process was a series of emails. You will be required to set up a new email address that is different from the one you used to apply. Not really sure why. You will then receive an email that contains links to their internal website and a 200 page Guideline book. You will have 7 days to read, re-read, study, take practice tests, and then complete the test itself. The test is in 2 parts. Part 1 is multiple choice. If you pass it, you will automatically gain access to part 2. Both sections are open-book, meaning you can and should use the Guidelines to research your answers. You will be analyzing search results for their Relevance and Accuracy. The test was very difficult for me, and despite my best efforts, I did not pass the second round.

Found the job posting on Indeed and immediately sent my resume as I was looking for extra money. The hiring process is quite smooth since they do send emails every now and then to let you know the next steps for your application. After their notification that you are qualified for the exam, they will give you the exact date when you can start your exam and the deadline to finish the exam including the important Guidelines that you REALLY have to read and understand before you take the exam. I was given 7 days to study the guidelines and complete the exam. The type of exam that was given to me was the actual rating tasks. I was given 20 POI evaluation tasks. Some tasks took only 10 minutes for me to complete while some took 30 minutes for me to finish. Some POI are actually hard to complete especially when details are not available in your locale. I advised you to take some time off after 2-3 evaluation tasks to give your mind a rest.
