I don't know whether they actually do interviews but the qualification process leading up to it was ridiculous. They require at least 10 hours of training and tests, and the instructions for this are often either vague or incorrect. Half of the training has incredibly specific rules whereas the other half tells you you'll pretty much have to make your best guess, but the caveat is that it's impossible to know when you are supposed to do the former and when you are supposed to do the latter. It seems like they tried to force a set of objective rules on a very subjective practice, which leads to negative feedback for not being able to read the mind of the one person who created all of the tests. Bottom line: if you are someone who is logical and exact in your work, this isn't worth your time.
