Over the course of two months, I completed a series of interviews ranging from the hiring manager to the CEO. The discussions were primarily conversational and soft skills–focused, with limited emphasis on technical evaluation.

I interviewed with 4 different Linux Foundation employees and was asked to take an assessment exam after the 2nd interview. After my final interview, I was told I would hear within the next week. Up until this point communication was great, but then I got ghosted by the employer. I reached out on 2 separate occasions to 2 separate staff members that I interviewed and got no response. After putting so much time and effort into the process to not get a response (even if I did not get the position) I feel was very unprofessional.
