The interview process typically has three stages: the Hiring Manager Round, the Presentation Round, and the Director Round. The hiring manager evaluates behavioral traits, sales IQ, and process orientation. The presentation round tests account prioritization and strategic thinking. The director round focuses on leadership qualities, business impact, and long-term vision alignment.
3 Steps including a presentation to 3 LinkedIn employees. First was a phone screen with recruiter. 2nd was a phone interview with the manager. 3rd was an in person presentation with 2 Managers and a senior rep.

Interview process went overall fine. Because of summer vacation, got the complete feedback a full month after through the HR. The feedback did not fit at all with the actual interview and the feedback I got directly at the end of it. To the point that I think they confused me with another applicant. For instance, was told at the end of the interview that I didn't need to do a second round table intro at the role playing stage. And first point of debrief from the HR who had been briefed by the main interviewer - a month later- was that it was disappointing that I did not make a round table introduction. The overall process was good and the HR was great, accommodating and supportive but the feedback clearly tainted the whole experience. I didn't quite realise at what point until now that I'm looking for a job and don't feel confortable applying to Linkedin.
