Contacted by recruiter and interviews were scheduled promptly. I had 3 rounds and met with 6 people. Hiring manager appeared interested and conducted a case study for an hour which I passed and moved to next with another case study and then a few more interviews. . The panel appeared to be excited about me interviewing stating "you are going to take his role". They appeared to be positive, however, the last round was not approved and appeared 1 person threw the decision off. They were biased based upon reaching out to past employer via LinkedIn. biased. What a waste of my time.
