Connected through a colleague at a former company and was contacted by a lead in HR who scheduled the 4 hour interview for me. Following the interview, I was scheduled for one follow up phone interview, but it got cancelled and i got the job.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted the job but was curious about their organisation . They did as expected in an interview

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn about a role they said I'd be a good fit for. Took 2 follow ups to the recruiter to schedule the initial call. Had a pretty straightforward recruiter screen. I've sent two follow emails to the recruiter and have not heard back. For a professional networking site, this is unprofessional behavior

Last minute cancellation, rescheduling and ghosting afterwards. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Would expect higher standards from the likes of this company but was not the case at all. Appears to have little or no structure or standards.
