Initially the recruiter reached out to me and conducted a screening call. The second step was a back-to-back interview with two employees. Finally, the last stage was a group case study with a manager and three other candidates. My recruiter was super supportive and helpful throughout the process and provided much information and feedback between the stages. Overall, very transparent and pleasant experience. Actually, among the best interview processes I had so far.
