LinkedIn has a very unprofessional and unorganized interview process with an HR department that seems to not care. Late for phone interviews, zero interest in candidates, and a self importance of a company that has “made it”. I think this comes from being located next to Google in Mountain View so they think they’re one of big guys too. Sorry to say, you’re not even close LinkedIn. Can you say myspace? Get over yourselves.
