First there will be a phone talk by the HR personnel detailing the role and then its a nice lil pep talk and casual questions on what you are looking for, why you planning for a change blah blah.. Couple of days later, time gets scheduled for the actual technical interview... If you clear the phone interview, you get called onsite for the more in depth interview process.
