Interview started off well. Spoke with an HR person. Discussed credentials and past jobs. HR person said that I would hear back by the following week and that she would recommend me and if I were to have any other offers to let her know. The following week I heard nothing and was ghosted. Highly unprofessional but sadly it is common and this company is no exception.
