There was a three-part interview process. The third part of the process included a "customer" (someone from the company pretending to be a customer) calling you and asking for basic information that could be found on the website. The interviewers wanted to assess your customer services skills. The "customer" never called during the predetermined they said she would call. I reached out to the company via email to advise them of this. They profusely apologize and said she would call the next day at a scheduled time. Once again, the "customer" did not call. I received a rejection email the next day without being assessed for every part of the interview.

Very conversational, not stressful interview. Management does ice breaker and asks some fun questions. Is open to hearing about you genuinely, they also send you the topics that will be discussed proir to your interview so nothing catches you off guard. Great interview
