Simple. Apply on website, sent qualifications and CV. Then, you have a demo lesson that is done on their platform. Make sure you record your desktop / laptop (Loom is good for this). Then if demo is accepted you do training in the online classroom for 30 minutes. Once this is approved you open your schedule. There is no actual interview with a person.
