I enjoyed the process, they are very thorough. There was a phone screening, peer panel round, meeting with the CEO, a role-play, and they called my references. But I appreciate when I company is this thorough because it usually means everyone they've hired is awesome. I really enjoyed everyone that I met and got more and more excited to be a part of the company as I heard more about the CEO's vision.
