Interviewed on campus, they did not ask any tricky question only basic ones based off of what was on my resume. Did not ask about biggest weakness or anything like that. Was interested in project experience the most. Interview was very laid back and relaxed, gave plenty of time to ask questions myself.

The hiring process consisted of a phone screening interview followed by an on-site interview that lasted about 1.5 hours. They requested me to create a presentation about my career and relevant accomplishments. Received an offer two days after my on-site interview. Safety is heavily emphasized during these interviews which is a good indicator of an active safety culture at the site.

Describe a time where you saw someone doing something unsafe and how you intervened.
The interview process was tedious but it was engaging in the sense of the interviewer willing to explain about the working culture, the organization structure and the expectation for the role.
2 interviews: one with the hr and the manager and the second with managers. In the first one they presented the job and the position and they asked me some question, and the second one was more detailed
