      Hi I was a job candidate for a position at your company in North America. I was contacted directly by the HR team. The interview was confirmed on September 6th at 10:00PM GST as I reside in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Then 10:10PM on September 6th, I was informed that the interview was postponed. I do not have a problem with it being postponed; however, I was not contacted by phone and I was contacted 10 minutes after the interview time is unacceptable and I will not accept the unprofessional behavior because I had plans that evening and I had to cancel everything for it. Then on top of that, I have called several times for the interview to be rescheduled and I receive no reply which is again unprofessional behavior. When you apply for a job, there is a level of respect that people should be treated with whether it is for job candidate or employer. I feel I deserve a direct apology for the mistreatment by management and this could cause me to change my perception of the organization as I was very impressed with its financial performance and how it is on a growth trajectory with its pending acquisition of Praxair. Then I received a reply from HR from Linde North America. Unfortunately, most of her points are irrelevant to the point that I was not contacted in regards to you proceeding with other candidates making my application null and void. I had to send a Facebook post to be heard. This is unacceptable. And then to claim that I could not be reached was false as I received no call from any of the parties from Linde. I checked my call log from Telecommunications company and received no call. It could be possible that you did not call my UAE number properly as I reside in Dubai, UAE; however, those claims are false. In addition, I applied for the job online. It could be possible that there may be some issue with your computer system as I applied for the position and I am sure of it. The job is not my concern now. It is respect and dignity and just because you offer job opportunities does not constitute the right for you to treat people with disrespect and lack of consideration of people's time.
