I went in for an interview and talked about my experience working with kids. There was a group of us and they were interviewing a few people at a time at different tables. It was a 1:1 thing although I am sure each center would do it differently. It was super easy! The training was the hard part. 7am-3pm for a week on a video stream. It was really intense and we had a test at the end of the week!
