The first phase was a screening group interview. There were five other candidates, and one interviewer. An academic test was administered to determine suitability as a tutor, but otherwise candidates were not asked any substantive individual questions.

There was a short online screening including a reading comprehension test. After, they had me go to their office for a 1-on-1 interview. Despite telling me when they would get back to me about the job, they ignored my follow-up email and waited an extra week to notify me.
