The process begins fairly normally. I was surprised to learn they only recruit on Craig's List for such high end families as clientele. Interview process takes approx. 4 hours. Watch a hokey presentation about the company, learn a bit about the program and demonstrate you can do it, take a spelling test and a critical thinking test, and then meet with the director.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
