Took a test and had an interview the same day. Test was difficult for some of my friends. Spelling.. Reading Comp.. If you do not excel in these areas, you should not apply.
The test is done in a group and then those that pass have an individual interview with the Asst Director.
Overall it is a veryyyyy long interview day, you should block out the entire day.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
