My interview (by phone) started with the interviewer being flustered at me being on time. During the interview I had the distinct impression they were NOT listening to what I had to say as they tried to get through the interview as quickly as possible (15-20 minutes). My feelings were validated when in a post interview touchbase with my hiring company, we reviewed the interviewers notes. Not only did the person show they did not listen through their notes (stating I said things I did not AND showing the lack of knowledge on their part in regards to the REQUIRED programs I interviewed about), they also had not reviewed any of my submitted work or profile/resume. This frustrated both my contact at the hiring company and myself.
