Interviewed with the Help Desk Manager only, it was not a panel interview. He asked about my background, but mainly cared about my customer support experience, rather than my technical.

Very straightforward process. Simple and short. The interviewer who would later be my boss also shared alot about himself too and I really appreciated that. Lasted about 30 min. A day or 2 after I was offered position.

Worst ever experience in my entire 16 years of experience. No Professionalism, No respect, Not even a single person in the panel will even go through your resume, They don't know what they are looking for in the candidate.
This is a not a place for anyone who wants to improve their skills and contribute with their experience
